1. Ownership & IP #
- Intellectual property ownership will be defined per collaboration
- No party may use the other’s IP beyond agreed scope
2. Revenue Sharing #
Revenue splits, costs, and responsibilities will be defined contractually for each collaboration.
3. Quality Control #
All collaborative products must meet Alive by Algaari’s quality and ethical standards.
4. Termination #
Either party may terminate collaboration per agreed notice terms. Unsold inventory handling will be contractually defined.
