    We do offer customizations.

  • Are your products limited edition?

    Many of our products are released in limited quantities or small batches. Once sold out, they may not be restocked. 

  • Are all Alive products original?

    Yes. All designs, artworks, and concepts created under Alive are original.

    Collaborated Art Pieces’s creative and intellectual property rights belong to the creator, however Algaari Arts retains publishing rights through licenses with the creator.

Orders and Payments

  • I received a coupon code in my name. What is it?

    You have been listed in the Alive Loyalty Program.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

    Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. Once production or dispatch has begun, changes are not possible. 

    Modifications are not possible, however you can write to us and we can work something out if scope permits.

  • How do I place an order?

    Orders can be placed directly through our website by selecting your preferred product, size, and completing checkout. 

    Incase you have custom, bulk or corporate branding requirements, please reach out to us.

  • How do I cancel or change my order?

  • How to track my order?

    You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order through the shipping partner.

  • What are my payment options?

Shipping & Delivery

  • What if my order gets delayed?

    In rare cases of delay, we will notify you proactively. If you have concerns, please contact our support team. 

  • Do you ship overseas?

    We currently ship across India at select pin codes. International shipping may be introduced in the future. 

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, free shipping is available for all the orders at select pin codes in India. This offer is a launch only offer and will be revised after offer period ends.

  • How long does the delivery take?

    We usually take 7 to 14 business days for your order to be shipped & delivered.

Refund & Exchange

  • How do I request a return or exchange?

    You can contact our support team within the specified timeframe mentioned in our policy documents. 

  • How long does it take to get the Refund?

    Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-5 business days to check and approve return, and then your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase or shared as credit coupon.

Intellectual Property and Usage

  • Can I reproduce or use Alive designs?

    No. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Alive’s designs without written permission is strictly prohibited. How about you write to us instead for a temporary publishing license, or join us as an illustrator/designer/content creator instead?

    All artwork, designs, and content on the Alive website are the intellectual property of Alive and its creators unless stated otherwise.

    No. All collaboration requests are reviewed carefully, and we move forward only when alignment feels right. 

  • Do you work with influencers?

    We work with influencers selectively, focusing on credibility, alignment, and long-term value rather than follower count alone.
