1. Order Cancellation #
1.1 Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at customercare@alivebyalgaari.com.
A partial refund will be processed to the original payment method, after subtracting third party and processing fees.
1.2 After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted. You may initiate a return as per Section 2.
2. Returns #
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Damaged product received
- Incorrect product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos as proof.
Products must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With original packaging and tags intact
Certain items (custom-made, limited editions, items on sale, personal-use items) may be non-returnable.
If the Return is approved, the shop will arrange for a pick up after coordinating with the customer if the customer’s pincode is accessible for RTO pickup.
3. Refunds #
Once the returned product is received at the warehouse and passes quality inspection:
- Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
4. Exchange Policy #
Exchanges may be offered subject to stock availability and product eligibility. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.
5. Refund Delays #
Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways. We are not responsible for third-party delays.
6. Digital, Bulk and Custom-made Products #
All Digital Products (Downloadable), Custom-made products created exclusively for the customer, and Bulk orders are all non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-returnable.
